We ship worldwide from Melbourne Australia through Australia Post. All orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided to all domestic and international orders. 

Please note: once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, Australia Post is responsible to ensure that your parcel arrives to your door. Happy Princess is not liable for any delays, damage or losses to your parcel in transit by Australia Post.

Standard Shipping 

Standard Delivery usually takes 3 - 10 business days. However, we cannot guarantee an exact time frame.

Free Standard Shipping within Australia for orders over AUD $60.

For orders less than AUD $60, a flat rate of AUD $9.95 is charged for standard shipping within Australia.

Express Shipping

We do not offer Express Delivery for clearance items.

NEW ZEALAND

Standard Shipping 

Standard Delivery usually takes 5 - 12 business days. However, we cannot guarantee an exact time frame.

Standard Shipping 

For all New Zealand orders, a flat rate of AUD $20 is charged for standard shipping to New Zealand.

Express Shipping

We do not offer Express Delivery to New Zealand.

REST OF THE WORLD

Standard International Shipping 

For all international orders, a flat rate of AUD $50 is charged for standard international shipping.

Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.
