Return Policy - Change of Mind

All Closing Down Clearance Items are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Happy Princess offers 14-day change of mind returns for Australian orders for full price merchandise subject to the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, clean with tags attached. Worn, damaged, altered or washed item will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Happy Princess does not accept returns on any clearance items.
  • Due to health reasons, hair accessories, swimwear and ballet leotards are not able to be returned unless faulty. 
  • Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Happy Princess. Please contact your local customs bureau directly if you wish to claim back duties on returned item. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and issues 

All items are quality controlled and checked faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us within 24 – 48 hours of receiving your parcel so we are able to organise a replacement for you. Please send through clear images of fault.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you wish to exchange within 14 days of receiving it, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note, we are unable to hold sizes due to our fast stock turnover.


Return Steps

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at customerservice@happyprincess.com.au with your order number and the details of the return including the item to be returned when contacting.
  2. Our team will review your return and once approved you will receive an email with a Returns Form, a Return Shipping Label and further instructions on returning your items.
  3. Fill out the Returns Form we provide and place the form with your return package.
  4. Send your parcel back to us within 14 days to the address provided on the form.

Once your parcel reaches us, please allow 3 – 7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.

The total amount of the refund will be minus any original shipping charges. Refunds will be credited to the original purchase method (i.e. credit cards or PayPal account). Please note card refunds may take 3 – 10 business days to appear on your bank statement depending on your credit card provider.

Cancellations

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Please note that orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Important Information

* Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

* Happy Princess has made every effort to correctly display the colours of our products on our website. However, colours may vary slightly depending on computer monitor/device and lighting of images. We do not consider this a fault if the colour is different. Please contact us prior if you need help with colours.

*Happy Princess does not offer free returns to international orders outside of Australia.
